A. ALL INDONESIA FORM

As of September 1, 2025, all passengers entering Indonesia through airports or 6 seaports in Batam, including Nongsapura Port, will be required to fill in the All Indonesia form via:

- Website Link: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
- Mobile Application: Available for download on Google Play/Playstore

A trial period will be conducted from August 26-31, 2025, to ensure a smooth implementation of this new requirement. We kindly request that passengers fill in the All Indonesia form before arrival, either from your port of origin or while on the ferry, to avoid any obstacles or queues during the clearance process at Nongsapura Port.

B.  Batam Fast Ferry Operation Hours
Effected since 15th November 2025. For ferry booking please klick here or scan the barcode. 

Please be informed we only provide complimentary land transfer from Nongsapura ferry terminal to resorts and return for every ferry schedule (no advance booking needed).

Our dispatcher will be stand by in the arrival hall and bring placard under Nongsa Point Marina & Resort and will assist you to find the bus, from Nongsapura to the hotel takes 5 minutes journey by bus.

Free-Visa Visit to Batam For Permanent Residents Of Singapore 
(Based on Surat Edaran No.IMI-940.GR.01.01 Tahun 2024) 

Free-Visa Visit to Batam For Stundent Pass and Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) of Singapore
(Effective since 17 May 2025)

Free-Visa visit to Batam as categorized can enter Batam through these terminals :

• Nongsapura Ferry Terminal
• Batam Center International Ferry Terminal
• Sekupang International Ferry Terminal
• Marina Teluk Senimba Ferry Terminal
• Citra Tri Tunas (Horbour Bay) Ferry Terminal

The criteria as follows :

• Foreigners who have the status of a Permanent Residents of Singapore
• Foreigners who have the status of a Stundent Pass of Singapore
• Foreigners who have the status of a Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) of Singapore
• Foreigners who are holders of the blue Singapore National Registration Identity Card (NRIC). Holders are required to bring physical card upon visit
• Foreigners who are not citizens of the calling visa country

Singapore Permanents Resident holders who meet these criteria will receive 4 days visit permit. Stay permit cannot be extended or changed status.

Visit Stay Permits / Visa On Arrival (VOA)
(Based on Surat Edaran N. IMI-272.KU.01.03 Tahun 2024) 

• Visa stay permit valid up to 7 days IDR 250,000/person
• Visa stay permit valid up to 14 days IDR 350,000/person
• Visa stay permit valid up to 30 days IDR 500,000/person
• Visa stay permit valid up to 60 days IDR 1,000,000/person
• Visa stay permit valid up to 90 days IDR 1,500,000/person
• Visa stay permit valid up to 180 days IDR 2,000,000/person
